The innkeepers Tom and Nancy McDonald at the Manor House have retired and the property is now a whole house rental.

The two prime properties in Cape May have been sold to new owners. The Mainstay Inn and The Queen Victoria both have new owners since this issue was last published.

After a $22 million historic rehabilitation Congress Hall Hotel is now open. It includes 106 rooms, most with ocean view, a restaurant with a bistro menu, The Blue Pig, retail shops, conference facilities and a nightclub, The Boiler Room, and beauty and spa services.
